STAFF!! I'm Worried!

More and more members are leaving and I don't understand why? Even our staff is dwindling since I first joined. I joined because of the great rping I had read and how well origanized and set up this place is and was. But since then many of the members I was adoring to join in rps with them, but now they are mostly gone and it's a struggle keeping newer members active with the same drive as older members had. It's great we are gaining them but some are just to shy to reach out and take up positions in herds or keep in touch to remember their posts.

I wasn't to worried at first when Freedom spoke her worry to me, but now with our dear Yumpy leaving. It just presents a huge frieght. If this place can not hold it's original members anymore how will it keep and hold new members. What is it that has altered so much that no one has time for here anymore or lost their drive for it?

Sorry if this annoyance to you guys but I am just a dedicated member expressing worries to our staff. Worrying for the life of this site as I love it dearly and would love to see it keep living on for a long time.

I am also worried! I don't know what I can do to help boost muse and activity around here. I'm losing staff left and right. Good ol' Trynx has stayed dear to me though!

Perhaps its because of the great increase of new members? Or drama in the past? -taps chin- Their could be a variety of reasons why stuff like that happened :/ Although for the same reason that almost made me leave, I see that others have something close to the same issue .

Uhm.. I must admit I have been thinking about leaving just like alot of other players already have. My muse for the place is feeling like a chore if that helps at all? I don't know.. MUSTANG feels different from when I first joined... -shrugs- Maybe it's because herd inactivity or something? Or that just other players who have been here for so long are leaving. That really just makes MUSTANG loose some of it's spark. Like badger and scar... ;( It makes me want to quit because they are quitting.

I think everyone is down because people keep leaving and saying that they are, 'away.' Herd in-activity is probably a big issue, but member activity seems to be dwindling more. I was thinking about leaving when the site started going down-hill at first, my muse was just dead and I had no drive, like a lot of members are saying, but I worked around it and now my muse is back and I have all the drive in the world. I think we all just need to hit a second-wind? I don't know, maybe it's just me :( I think in-activity is also because the few of us who are still very muse-y for MUSTANG keep getting excited about a plot or thread, but the other person's muse is down so they quit, or take forever in replying. Thus making us sad and un-museish. :C I think a new skin may help though, give MUSTANG a whole nother' feeling ^^
