hephaestus
The multicolored steed bounded his way through the long, green grass - he skidded to a stop, sending loose grass flying as he stood tall over-looking the meadow for any sign of danger or life. Hephaestus had been traveling alone for the past couple of days and he hadn't seen anyone for quite awhile, but he was glad since he didn't enjoy the company of others they seemed annoy him one way or another. The brute snorted as he took one last look around before dropping his head to the ground, he nuzzled his muzzle into the soft grass - causing him to sneeze as it tickled his nostrils only slightly.
Hephaestus quickly pulled his head up at the sound of rustling leaves, he prepared himself to rear but soon found out it was just the crows fighting in the nearby tree "idiot" he whispered to himself as he pawed at the ground, he found himself getting more paranoid each and everyday, thinking someone or something was watching him from the shadows it caused him to not sleep at night - he wasn't scared he just liked to be prepared for any oncoming danger.
It didn't take him long to get into a playful mood, he began to prance and throw his head about as he darted through the grass, neighing as he went. Hephaestus knew that he was going to come across as a playful, friendly fellow when in reality he just had a weird way of entertaining himself, the thought of someone spying on him made him stop in his tracks, looking closely at each and every possible hiding spot before sighing.

Fever pranced joyfully, in a foolish manner. Her stomach had a slight bump to it, showing off the foal in her tummy. Anyone who saw her would think she was a naive, innocent mare. And she would let them think that until she didn't need them. Some equines were so utterly ridicoulous, they wanted to be in herds and have friends. And a silly little family too. It wasn't Fever's fault for her pregnancy, it was Shatter. A huge ebony brute with an irresistablely big ego and personality. He was the bad ass of the testosterone group and she was the same in the estrogen group. They were compatable, well almost. If only he could admit she was always right and he was always wrong. But no. His pride came first and because of that, Fever found him so annoying and impossible to deal with. Not to mention irresisble, like her own brand of heroin. It had been a moment of pure insanity and hormones that led to their rendezvous in Scarlett Grove, nature's joke. It had been the sickly sweet color of pink, that made Fever sweat nervously. It was like Kryptonite but wouldn't go away and she couldn't defend herself against it or destroy it.
With a saunter she trotted through the woods, stopping at the edge, searching for another horse to toy with and manipulate. Her pools landed on a painted stag, prancing about before suddenly freezing. His orbs scanned any possible hiding places yet he missed hers. Hehe. She giggled keeping in character before skipping to his duo toned frame. "Hi." Fever said shyly, ducking her head as she spoke. Any stallion or colt would recognize the behavior of a filly crushing on a colt. Puppy love, a horrendous feeling Fever often mocked. Yet she played the part perfectly.

hephaestus
Hephaestus raised his invisible eyebrow as the mare appeared, he could have laughed at how pathetic she was acting but instead he kept a straight face as she approached and said her piece "What do you want?" he asked coldly, giving no hint of emotion in his voice. Hephaestus wasn't one to care whether he hurt others feelings, he just called it a confidence booster for himself in a sad way. The steed snorted as he shook himself, stepping forward as he looked her over - spotting her rather large belly, obviously making the statement that she was useless to him.
Hephaestus wasn't really interested in socializing, he just wanted some peace and quiet but he knew he wasn't going to get any due to the fact that the mare in front of him, decided she'd approach and start a conversation - which was obvious Hephaestus wasn't interested in. He was curious to know if she'd take the hint and go away or if she'd stay and push his buttons to the point where he'd threaten her. The steed kept calm as he tried to keep his thoughts at bay just while she was here.
The stallion lowered his muzzle to the ground as he began to nibble away at the grass, Hephaestus was starting to relax even if he had company - maybe it was the fact that she was a mare and posed no threat to the steed, after all he was much larger than she and could cause harm, but he doubted she'd try anything due to the fact that she's pregnant and wouldn't want to harm the unborn foal in any way.

Fever celebrated inside at the duo toned stallion's musical words. They were so... Cold and cruel! He was the perfect candidate to annoy. "We-wel-Well I was hoping to find a new friend. Some one mature enough and polite enough to help me." Fever replied. Her green eyes began to water with unshod tears and her lower lip began to tremble. "Please sir, I have no one else." Fever mumbled tucking her chin into her chest, assuming the dainty, doll like form stallions enjoyed. The role she was becoming was the King's bitch. He could do anything and everything he wanted to her. At least for now. When she got bored with him, Fever would reveal her true self and laugh as he would beg for mercy.
Fever wanted to roll on the ground laughing and she would have if she hadn't bit the inside of her cheek. This fool! He was acting so superior when he was only an inch taller then she. A harsh nip on the withers would have probably taught him yet true to form, Fever held back. She submissively lowered her head and shifted her tail to let her girlish scent loose. Though she was Preganet she still had the power to intoxicate stallions to the point where they used her as they pleased.
ooc:: I think it would be hilarious if she was his lil' plaything today and then another day he finds her not acting, where she is like bullying some helpless animal. Feel free to have him bite, nip, kick, or breed to her. She won't get preggo and it is possible for a mare to show signs of heat and be covered while being pregnant

hephaestus
Hephaestus looked down on her as she spoke, was she dumb? or just mentally disabled - the stallion huffed as he started to get irritated "Are you stupid, filly?" he said harshly as he stamped his hooves against the terrain beneath him. Hephaestus was not interested in her or whatever little game she was going to play, he wanted peace not a friend - he narrowed his gaze as his audits went back against his head as he arched his neck before stretching it forward and nipping at her side as a warning, he hoped she'd take the big, obvious hint and walk away before he caused some real damage. The steed knew he was only a bit taller than she, but he was much stronger - he didn't want to hurt her but she wasn't getting it and it was pissing him off.
Hephaestus stepped back a little, before turning his back on her and trotting away only an inch or so. He didn't care if she stayed to eat grass, but he just didn't want to be talked to or challenged especially by a mare. Hephaestus eyes darted towards the mare as he watched her every movement - making sure she didn't approach him again. The steed shook himself as he sighed contently.
ooc: this is going to get interesting.
