The clouds seemed to be constant crying more often than not, unwilling to allow the fall trees to go parch to alter in colors from green. Infact that very day there was a heavy drizzle out that soaked the bay gladiator's pelt, normally a shadowy black bay hue his coat looked purely black today. When ever soaked with water, Castial looked more of a phantom of the night, which he actually did prefer. But no doubt always to his dismay his withers would give him away, tainted across them was a white patch that only covered the area of his withers. Evidence of his painted mother, he never minded though it did soil him sometimes when trying to be unseen at night doesn't work so well when others see a white patch moving on its own. This late evening though black irons had tailed to the echoing edges of the Canyons, just to do something and loving different scenery the stallion had come to check the place out. Being rather risky, Castial did stay to closest to the walls of the twisting one way ledges of the Canyon. Taking several sharp intakes of breaths here and there from slippery wet steep rock ledge, trying to be as careful as possible he wanted to know how far he could go. Till there was no way of going further as long as he could turn around safely and return back to the top. One thing he wasn't taking in that means is was so close to being fully dark in another hour or so predators would be out while on his adventures. Cas had nothing better to do so it didn't occur to him, it was a way to keep the fact he had no mares of his own to protect and care for anymore off his mind.
