These were the words Fire Lord Zuko said when he first addressed his people. For five years it seemed these words were coming true and would be true. But things are not as peaceful as they seemed. During the five years a new threat was rising to power. A masked guy not like what anyone would suspect. His name is Lord Zhu and he is the leader of a new group called the Purple Shadows. For years he had built his followers up which include the Dai Li and their leader Long Feng and people who agree to join. Also he makes people join the group as well.
